Both of them are graduation degree. The only difference is the duration. It is possible to pursue B.Tech after completing BSc. You can also go for M.Tech. You need to prepare for an entrance exam to pursue M.Tech and can get a seat in IITs or NITs.

Yes, AIIMS BSc nursing entrance exam has a provision for negative marking. For each incorrect option chosen, -1/3 mark will be deducted. Candidates will be give 120 minutes to attempt the question paper. There will be overall 100 MCQ questions of 1 mark each.

Yes, you can pursue it through TANCET. It is conducted in Tamil Nadu for MBA. You can crack that to opt for MBA if you don't wish to crack CAT or MAT.
