Hi Hasnain,
Getting the free seat actually happens, when the person crosses the cut-off mark and should score few more marks more than the cut-off mark. As per you, if you feel that you have score minimum of 25% marks more than cut-off mark in JEE exam, then you have a chance to get a free seat. But, it may be the top-most IIT college, but in any IIT or NIT you can get.
