The university requirements are different. GRE may be required by some universities, you must also take IELTS. You must also check that university you apply to accepts three year undergraduate degree because most universities in Canada require 16 year education or 4 year Bachelor's degree.

You may check the British council website for scholarship information. You can also check the university websites for university specific financial aid options. All applicants are normally considered for scholarship, but given to only the shortlisted ones basis merit and academic performance.
