Hi Sachin,
You must complete your bachelor’s degree with quite good academic grades. GRE is optional for German universities, so you will be required to take only IELTS or TOEFL. You must check the university websites for minimum requirements. Fee is usually quite reasonable and may be around EURO 250 per semester for international students and varies with the universities. I will also suggest you to go through the DAAD website which contains fee and scholarship information.
Here are the links-

Master Studies - http://www.daaddelhi.org/en/15067/index.html
I hope it helps.

IFMR doesnt accept CMAT and MAT. For 10, 12.any % above 80 and for CAT any percentile above 75 will enable a strong chance of getting selected. Apart from that other factors would also be considerd like special achievemets, work exp, etc.

It would be difficult to get a call if you apply with CAT score as the cutoff is around 75 percentile , but you would surely get a call if you apply with your MAT score as the cutoff stands around 80 percentile. The last date to apply is 31 January,2016 make sure to apply before the last date.Below is the link to apply for admission.
