Don't you think that, initially you must get your moorings at some business place? It gives you a feeling that you're not wasting your time. In the meantime, you can do your paper work and prepare a project. Or, you can go for some Financing from some bank. Just, think and begin acting.

MBA colleges assign a lot of weight to high school marks. With 50% marks in high school you are at a severely disadvantageous position. But if you perform really good in entrance exams like CAT/XAT/MAT etc., you will have a good chance. SO I would suggest that you prepare well for these entrance examination and do really well. Also get a sense of which colleges you want to apply to, and then track the application process accordingly.

There is no harm in doing your MBA in India. Your percentage marks in 12th are very low and that can be an issue in doing your MBA from Abroad especially from the USA. But, you need to first ask yourself why you want to do an MBA after your Engineering.
Are you thinking of this because you don't have a job right now or is there another reason? I would suggest that you get a job and work for a few years as you have an Engineering degree that is a professional degree which should help you in your job search. However, if you do plan to do an MBA do it from India or from abroad if you can get Financial support.

Both are more or less same. BBA has definitely good career prospects if you do it in an industry focused specialization from a reputed university. BBA in fields like Retail Management, Ecommerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, Logistics Management, Aviation Operations etc. is quite a good option these days. Don't go for traditional streams as they are saturated and it would be hard to make a fabulous career in those saturated fields. There, you can check out UPES, Dehradun as its one of the best university to consider for such BBA programs. And the best thing is that, you can appear for their GD/PI even before your 12th exams under their
