If you are an average student then I will suggest you to go for BA honors in the specialization which interests you. It doesn't matter if you are an average student or a topper. You don't have to run in the race of engineering because these days industry is full of engineers and on an average they are being paid around 2.5 LPA on an average.

Hello, To appear in IIT JAM exam, you need a graduation degree with minimum percentage of marks in any discipline from any recognised university. But only having a graduation degree is not enough. Hi Abhishek, depends where you want to study, what you want to study etc. Admission requirements vary accordingly. For example you may have to take tests like SAT or ACT, TOEFL or IELTS etc. Additionally you must have the required percentage in class 12th to be eligible for Bachelor degree courses abroad.
