Hi Gayathri,
yes, you can get chance without taking any entrance exam. But the only way is management seat, you can buy by putting huge amount especially in private colleges and in deemed universities.
Mostly you will not get chance in government universities and government institutions.
In rare cases you will get chance to buy seat in management quota.

Unless you have a degree from Ivy league or Stanford kind of top 10 schools. Your M.S. or MBA is just equal to another M.Tech or M.Sc. From an average school or any university India. You can try but don't hope much. In India if you are work alcoholic I think than you would be valued but don't think of you are M.S. from abroad that's not sufficient.

I think CSE in LPU would be better. I don't know much about GNDU, but many of my friends are in LPU, Lovely Professional University and even I am pursuing my graduation from LPU only.
