Yukti, since you've posted this in design, i'll tell you about options in design. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immersive Technology, Augmented Reality, 3D Projection etc, besides of course Gam

Hi,
Cracking NCAT will require you to go through basic aptitude, getting any good book like R.S Agarwal should do well for you. Other than that try studying for a single subject or any topic which you might research on in your final year, make it as a strong point. Normal GD will require you to be fluent in english and be prompt with your wits so read about current affairs regularly. My advise to you will be that you have a lot of time for NCAT , for now concentrate on your btech and try pushing up your cgpa as much as you can because in the end this cgpa will be all that matters.
Thank you
