You can check the official website www.icai.org to see the procedure of registering in your state/chapter and then start working hard to clear your exams. It can be done through correspondence mode but the regular study is very important to clear the papers.

I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing engineering course. Most of the private colleges in India allow admission into engineering courses with a minimum of 50 percent in 12th standard. You can appear for those entrance examinations and once qualified, you can appear for the counselling process and opt for your preferred college and branch of engineering. I don't recommend personally that you dig into VFX or animation straight since you're done with B.Com so better do some survey on Google about animation and VFX stuff.
