Friend at least basic level of communication is necessary, admission in XIME depends upon your complete profile from your communications to your academics, if you have weak communication then your academics (10th, 10+2, grad. and CAT score) should be sound enough to compensate that, in addition to all your general awareness should be good enough. I'll suggest you to read English business dailies like Economic Times, Business line, etc. and work on your communication. Feel free to ask further queries
