If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Without taking these tests it would not be possible for you to get admission in this program.
For your reference find below various national level management entrance tests.
- CAT.
- MAT.
- XAT.
- CMAT.
- ATMA.
So as per your query I would suggest you to take atleast one of the entrance test mentioned above and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.

If you are bound towards research and is willing to wait for three more years before you start earning, you can fully concentrate on doing a full time PhD.
