These are the Categories for COMEDK(General)GM / SC / ST (All India) OBC (Applicable to Karnataka origin candidate/s only)
If OBC, Then you have to mention CAT 1, CAT 2A, CAT 2B, CAT 3A, and CAT 3B according to Karnatka government
Minority Status: For Karnataka (By Birth / Domicile) Candidates Minority status
Religious (Christian) or Linguistic (Telugu / Tulu) For Non-Karnataka Candidates
Christian Religious status Linguistic Minority: Tulu / Telugu to seek admission in the institution who has declared themselves as Linguistic Minority. (Applicable to Karnataka Candidates only)
Religious Minority: Candidates who are Christian by religion have to select Christian to seek admission in the institution who has declared themselves as Religious Minority. (Applicable to all India Candidates)
