Now, fee of IIT has also increase for the general category. Since for SC / ST the programme is free of cost. For the OBC there is much less fee comparatively to that of the general category. Just check the fee structure for IIT and other because I don't know the exact fee structure. Go for some scholarship exams that university give when you pass the entrance exam with higher marks.
