Hi Rajesh,
If it is approved by NCTE and recognised by the state government and also the affiliating body is UGC recognised then the B.Ed degree is valid and acceptable in any part of the state in India.

The option is yours. If you go abroad UG programmes are only three years. Saving one year of your life. You can also get Honours programme which will be four years in that 3 rf year you will paid internship and you will come back on the fourth year to complete final year.
