As far as PSG is considered, it is fair better to pursue MBA in finance. You get practical learning by way of Trading Lab and other infrastructures present. As far as placements is concerned, it all depends on two years of the course of study and how you perform in those 2 years.

Colleges are comparatively way cheaper than universities and have slightly easier admission rules. Yes,
You can pursue CA after engineering. At first, you have to know that CA is considered to be the most difficult stream in commerce. It usually takes 5 years to complete the degree. However, students fail to pass it at one go. Hence the number of students passing CA is pretty low. Also, students who do not have a commerce base its much tougher for them. Finance and accounting is something which you need to learn first. You need to put in extreme amount of labor.

You first of need to study and be clear of the basic concepts.
Practise each and every concept and make it concrete.
For BA, specifically, I would suggest you to be more focused on your English and general awareness.
There are various books available in the market which can help you prepare for AMU entrances. They are easily available online as well as offline in markets in Aligarh. Previous year question papers are also available for helping to study better.
