A Higher Secondary qualification/ 10+2 or equivalent qualification in the Science stream from a recognised educational Board of the country. A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Some institutes and universities conduct their own entrance examinations for admission to the course. Selection to this course is based on the candidates performance in both 10+2 and the entrance examination. Regards.

Yes, but you need to do a job for 2 years. They will offer admission after 2 years of job experience. This rule is only for B.Techn (lateral entry).

Frankly speaking, if you just want to pursue MBA then you can but during placements, there will be very few companies for which you will be eligible as you might be over qualified for the profile with the experience that you have. I would suggest you to try for IIMs, Xavier's, Symbiosis or Narsee Monjee. If not, then IBS, with the motto of pursing masters and not placements. As there will be very few companies coming which would require so much of work experience.

It is better, you first assess your degree with respect to the university's admission policy, the university where you want to apply to in Canada. Please contact your desired universities. Secondly, you have a three-year degree course which again must be checked with the universities for acceptance, universities in Canada mostly prefer a four-year degree course.
