Median salary is around 8.2 lacs. Highest package went as high as 27 lacs. Most of the well established brands paid in the range of 10-19 lacs.
But there are many participants who willingly joined development organizations which have salary packages lower than median. But many of them might avail the bridge fund facility provided by IRMA to bridge the gap between median and their actual salary. You appear for any India or maharashtra level competency test. CET, CMAT, etc. Once the results are declared you come to the college campus and buy the form costing around Rs. 2000. After you submit the form, you will get a call for GD and PI rounds. Once you clear the same, you will get a confirmation email about the same and fee structure and many more campus related do's and don't's. That's it. You are in as a PGDM student at DSIMS. You opt for your specialization after 1st year and that is when you start with your HR specialization.

Getting a govt college with this score would be difficult for you. There are also some private universities which have better placement records and overall rankings. You can consider these colleges also. These college/universities also offer scholarships based on your performance in national level exams or 12 results.
