The eligibility criteria for MS differ in different universities. General eligibility criteria to study it in German University is as follows:
(a) High academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.
(b) If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in the German Language. If the course is taught in English, then proof of proficiency in English by TOEFL or IELTS score.
(c) Some universities require GRE score
(d) With relevant work experience in the field of further study, chances of selection increases
(e) Demonstration of technical ability through project execution, participation in the technical symposium, conference, etc.
(f) Recommendations letters from internationally known faculty from where you have completed your graduation.

ICET stands for Integrated Common Entrance Test. ICET is the Common Entrance Examination for admissions to Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) by Universities in Andhra Pradesh.
ICET Syllabus:
The test is designed to measure the candidate's ability to think systematically, to use the verbal and mathematical skills and to assess his or her aptitude for admission into MBA or MCA programme. The Test emphasizes accuracy. Therefore, the candidate is required to go through the instructions carefully. This is an objective type test and the questions are of multiple choice. Out of the given options, the candidate has to choose the correct answer. If the Candidate gives more than one answer to any question, such answers will be ignored while awarding marks.
The test consists of 200 questions of one mark each in the following topics.
Section - A: Analytical Ability
(i)Data Sufficiency: 20 Questions
(ii)Problem Solving: 55 Questions
Section - B: Mathematical Ability
(i) Arithmetical Ability: 35 Questions
(ii) Algebraical and Geometrical Ability: 30 Questions
(ii) Statistical Ability: 10 Questions
Section - C: Communication Ability
(i) 10 Questions
(ii) Business and Computer Terminology: 10 Questions
(iii) Functional Grammar: 15 Questions
(iv) Reading Comprehension: 15 Questions

ISRO has centralized recruitment system in order to hire young engineers as research scientist (RA) and other various ways to hire highly skilled experienced scientists from the scientific community across the globe. ISRO doesn't go hiring spree like most of the so called Indian IT giant nor it simply fills the positions by hiring some X number of engineers each year like other PSU's does, they only hire bright and the most talented graduates that to when they really need more manpower. This is perhaps a good step to prevent unnecessary expenditure on human resources, something that Air India should have done a decade before. Their preliminary exam is as good as GATE, in fact when I appeared in one of their exams couple of years before I found it more challenging than GATE itself. Instead of focusing only on space and astronomy I would suggest you to find your interest and work towards getting better and better in that field no matter if its electronics/computer science or mechanical as far as its related to science and you have Engineering degree in hand you are eligible for their exam, now in order to become their RA you really must be excellent with your desired set of skills with respect to your area of interest. ISRO has got something for everyone right from electronics engineer to geologist, so first find your interest and work towards that.
