Yes, if the prof you wrote your thesis under has contacts in India, or is well known in the academic circle, and if she/he is willing to help you, then you might bypass a few of the interview rounds. Hello Haris, Your son has received more than 60% in 12th. Based on this you are thinking of getting him admitted in an engineering college. Right? I would like to advise you that please think once again. Placements were obtained by only 50% fresh graduates last year. Situation us not expected to change over next few years.
