NDA 2 application form 2023 was available from May 17 to June 6, 2023. The application form was released for admission to NDA and INAC for the courses commencing from July 2024. Candidates need to fill the application form online. The application form can be filled in two parts. Part 1 of NDA application form comprises candidate's registration, choosing the preferred branch, verifying details and generation of registration ID. Part 2 of NDA application form comprises pay the application fees, select the exam centre, upload scanned images of photographs and signatures. The steps to fill NDA application form are given below:

• Visit the official website of UPSC
• Candidates need to first register themselves with the OTR portal
• After generation of OTR ID and password, candidates can fill the application form
• In Part 1 of NDA application form, candidates need to do the registration, choose the preferred branch, verify the details 
• After filling the Part 1 of NDA application form, registration ID is generated
• In Part 2 of NDA application form, candidates need to pay the application fees, select the exam centre, upload scanned images of photograph and signature
• After filling both the parts successfully, candidates need to submit the application form
• They should take printout of the application form

NDA Selection Process 2024: Stages

The selection process for NDA 2024 involves the following stages: 

• Written Exam
• SSB Interview

NDA Selection Process 2024: Written Test

• NDA 2024 is a 900-mark test further divided into two sections: the MAT and GAT.
• The test will last for 180 minutes and consist of objective-type questions.
• It is recommended that the NDA study material be utilized rather than filling in concepts from different resources.

NDA Selection Process 2024: SSB Interview

Candidates meeting the qualifying marks in the written test will be informed of the SSB interview round. Applicants to SSB sets are evaluated based on their ability.

• The SSB interview round comprises two separate tests: an intelligence test and a personality test.
• The qualifying candidates have to be put on the stage for tests on the first day of reporting at selection centers.
• Only those candidates who pass the qualifying stage 1 will be called for the final tests.

The UGC National Eligibility Test (UGC NET), also known as NTA UGC NET, is a nationwide examination designed to assess candidates' eligibility for the positions of Assistant Professor and/or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian universities and colleges. The upcoming UGC NET 2023 exam will cover a comprehensive range of 83 subjects. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has prescribed the syllabus for both the June and December cycles along with the UGC NET Notification. The UGC NET syllabus for the December 2023 cycle was published on the website by NTA/UGC on September 30, 2023.  Candidates aiming to succeed in the exam are recommended to review the most recent UGC NET syllabus and exam structure to guarantee the effectiveness of their study preparations.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) sets the curriculum for both the June and December cycles, as indicated in the UGC NET Notification. The UGC NET syllabus for the December 2023 cycle was released by the NTA/UGC on September 30, 2023, via their website. The syllabus for the UGC NET 2023 December cycle will remain unchanged unless the NTA/UGC revises or updates it. If any modifications occur, the NTA will issue a formal notification along with the revised syllabus for the UGC NET curriculum in specific subject (s).

The UGC NET syllabus is categorized into two sections: UGC NET Paper 1 Syllabus 2023 and UGC NET Paper 2 Syllabus 2023. The UGC NET Paper 1 syllabus is uniform for all candidates appearing for the UGC NET exam in 2023. Conversely, the UGC NET Paper 2 syllabus varies across different subjects, featuring subject-specific questions aligned with candidates' specializations. Paper 1 comprises 50 multiple-choice questions, while Paper 2 consists of 100 MCQs. Candidates are required to solve these questions within a stipulated time frame of 3 hours.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has established the exam pattern for the UGC NET 2023. According to the most recent pattern, the UGC NET 2023 examination is divided into two papers, namely Paper 1 and Paper 2, each lasting for a duration of 3 hours. Both papers consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of the objective type. A total of 150 questions are presented to candidates, encompassing both Paper 1 and Paper 2. Importantly, the UGC NET exam does not implement a negative marking system, meaning candidates are rewarded for correct responses without facing any deductions for incorrect ones. The examination is conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode, and the UGC NET question paper is available in English and Hindi languages exclusively.
