.No, it is unlikely that you get computer Science branch in IIIT in any IIIT with 86 percentile in JEE Mains whether you belong to OBC NCl category.
You can check other colleges like NITs or GFTS, but it is unlikely that you get computer Science branch easily in those also

So with the Rank 41149 with the SC category reservation you can get many NITs
- NIT Agartala
- NIT Meghalaya
- NIT Raipur
- NIT Jalandhar
- NIT Goa
- NIT Hamirpur

You may not get the top branches for top course is like computer Science but it is very likely that you will get admission with this rank with SC category reservation.

With 179670 rank in General category, getting a seat in NIT Rourkela is almost impossible unless you have a home state quota and choose a very low-demand branch. IIITs in Odisha also have high cutoffs. Chances are really slim, but you can try spot rounds just in case.

Admission to BIT Sindri is possible, but it depends on your JEE Main rank and JCECEB C je Main exam qualify karke aur counselling mein participate karke hota hai. Top 10 government medical colleges in Maharashtra would be like KEM Mumbai, GSMC Mumbai, BJMC Pune, Lokmanya Tilak Sion, Grant Medical, IGMC Nagpur, GMC Aurangabad, GMC Miraj, VMMC Solapur and RCSM Kolhapur. These have good patient flow, solid faculty and decent PG options too.

- State Government Colleges

You can get nits and many Gftis Branches and location of college mein vary branches like cs May not be available but others will be.

If you want admission via CUET, you don't just apply once. After getting your CUET score, you've gotta separately register or apply to each college or university, through their own portals for counselling, choices, and fees. Just taking CUET once isn't enough

At ST category the candidates can enter an NIT when they get around 47-58 percentile in JEE Main and generally the official cutoff is about 46.69 percentile (according to recent trends). But to get admission in some branches especially in the popular ones like CSE or in NITs in the top bracket (like Trichy, Warangal) then the percentile/rank will go up sharply often in the 75-89 percentile range of the candidates in ST category. 80 percentile in ST category isn't bad actually, You can get into a few NITs like NIT Mizoram, Nagaland, Agartala or even Srinagar if you're okay with branches like mechanical or civil. CSE might be tough but other branches should be possible through ST quota.
