With 333705 obc ncl rank in JEE Mains getting into sastra university is very unlikely especially for branches like CSE or ECE. They usually close at way better ranks. You can still try if you're okay with non core branches or management quota.

Yes, VJTI Mumbai does follow seat reservation for BTech course. The seats are reserved for intake for Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC), Foreign Nationals (FN), and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) is a supernumerary quota, meaning it's over and above the regular sanctioned intake.
