Although, all the above mentioned fields offer bright future, Mechanical is a core Engineering field through which you can get into streams like Aeronautical, and electrical. However, selection of a specialization would completely depend on your own interests and career aspirations, so choose the programme which goes well along with your capabilities as well as your interests as that will help in excelling in that particular field. Hi Anil,
One option is that you start your career by joining a company in electrical like Bajaj or BHEL etc. at Junior Executive or Executive level and slowly grow in the field or else you join a B.Tech programme through Lateral Entry and then either go for M.Tech or start a job. The only benefit of having B.Tech would be better job opportunities and faster growth and also at any point of time you can plan for higher studies be it M.Tech or MBA.

Hi Nikhil, after BSc CS to enter into UK Universities for MS you will need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL. Whereas in USA you will need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. Most of the Universities in USA require 16 yrs of education, although you can get some that accept 15 yrs of education. All Universities in UK accept 15 yrs of education.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Hi Srinivas, it depends on what level of course you are going for and in which country. Getting scholarship will again depend on your academic background and what kind of course and level of course you are applying for.
In Germany, for UG course
I. Successfully completing the first year of a bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject field.
II. Successfully clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination for admission to courses in technology and natural sciences.
III. Passing the qualification assessment examination in Germany, called Feststellungspruefung
IELTS or TOEFL also needs to be written.
For PG :
GMAT for Management courses and GRE for all the other courses and IELTS or TOEFL.
the fee at German Universities is subsidized and students need to pay about Euro 500 as the nominal fee.
