Medical Science is large term constructed with several streams under with mainly two sections i.e. Surgery and Physician.
To pursue medicine as a career one requires to be a minimum 12th pass with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology. To get admission in a good medical college will depend on your academics and also qualifying the entrance test for the particular institute.
There are many courses in Medicine field and depending on your area of interest you should start working accordingly like MBBS, BPT, BDS etc. For more you may revert with the area of interest and also your educational qualification.

Hi Jeet, Engineering in Germany at bachelors is 4 yrs in duration. Indian class 12 as such is not considered equivalent with German class 12. So Indian students are eligible to apply for a bachelor programme if they fulfill one of the following criteria:
I. Successfully completing the first year of a bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject field.
II. Successfully clearing the IIT Joint Entrance Examination for admission to courses in technology and natural sciences.
III. Passing the qualification assessment examination in Germany, called Feststellungspruefung
As yours is an exceptional case, as you already have a Diploma, you will need to check with University first if they will accept Diploma for their requirement.

Ltd., Karrox Technologies Ltd., Narsee Monjee Institute Of Management Studies, S.P.Mandali's Ramnivas Ruia Junior College, Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOMS), University Department of Computer Science, University of Mumbai, Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Wilson College, Sophia College, etc. I didn't get your point of doing BCA & B.com together. There is no correlation between these two fields. So, I would suggest you to choose one field & focus on it. take the help of your parents, teachers, counsellors to choose your field. HI Prayerson, you have not specified the level of course you want to know about. But if its a PG level at any one these Univ : Cranfield, Loughborough, glasgow then a minimum of 70% with a good profile will be advisable.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
