Hi Darkaven,
Medical Science is large term constructed with several streams under with mainly two sections i.e. Surgery and Physician.
To pursue medicine as a career one requires to be a minimum 12th pass with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology. To get admission in a good medical college will depend on your academics and also qualifying the entrance test for the particular institute.

HI Prayerson, you have not specified the level of course you want to know about. But if its a PG level at any one these Univ : Cranfield, Loughborough, glasgow then a minimum of 70% with a good profile will be advisable.

Well your are in 10th only but if you are keen to pursue a career in the Medical field, in that case you need to take up Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your mandatory subjects.
