HI Ghulam, pursuing a course without having a background in the same subject is difficult. Also, it may not be possible to pursue it in a country like Austria or even in Germany. The course duration is about 2 yrs and you may not gain anything. Getting admission in such countries where so called free education is difficult.
And in your case I have 2 suggestions 1) do some computer course in India and then apply for a Masters abroad so that you have some documentary evidence of existing knowledge in the subject. 2) Go to countries like UK and Australia where conversion courses are offered which are meant for people with non computer sci
