You cannot guess which college you will exactly get, it all depends on cut off mark set this year by AIEEE, also you can check previous years seat matrix from AIEEE website.

As you are interested in Conservatory architecture, I would suggest you to go for a normal architecture course and then you can specialize in conservatory architecture.
As for physics, you can opt for B.Sc in Physics, Astro Physics, Planetary Science, Nuclear science etc.
