Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) is a government organization, involved in defense research. It has 32 labs in various places of India, many of them are in Bangalore. Each lab is an independent establishment for specific area of research and development. All branch engineers can apply for job of scientist in DRDO, not specifically aeronautical branch. You are required to be bright student with good academic record up to engineering graduation.

If you go for a Degree it would be 3 years. If you're creative, you can also consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be that:
*You will gain relevant work experience.
*While working you will know, which course to pursue that will further enhance your career prospects.
*This work experience would give you advantage in MBA admission, over candidates who do not have work experience.
Most of the students from engineering background opt for either finance or operations as their specialization in MBA, however I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

Orthopedic Surgery Definition:-
Orthopedic (sometimes spelled orthopaedic) surgery is surgery performed by a medical specialist, such as an orthopedist or orthopedic surgeon, trained to deal with problems that develop in the bones, joints, and ligaments of the human body.
Purpose
Orthopedic surgery corrects problems that arise in the skeleton and its attachments, the ligaments and tendons. It may also deal with some problems of the nervous system, such as those that arise from injury of the spine. These problems can occur at birth, through injury, or as the result of aging. They may be acute, as in injury, or chronic, as in many aging-related problems.
Orthopedics comes from two Greek words, ortho, meaning straight and pais, meaning child. Originally orthopedic surgeons dealt with bone deformities in children, using braces to straighten the child's bones. With the development of anesthesia and an understanding of the importance of aseptic technique in surgery, orthopedic surgeons extended their role to include surgery involving the bones and related nerves and connective tissue.
The terms orthopedic surgeon and orthopedist are used interchangeably today to indicate a medical doctor with special certification in orthopedics.
