Dear Shivani,
B.P.T. is Paramedical Course which is a Health Science. The internship is to give practical exposure and train on treatments techniques. So, don't pledge that time for further education and become a mediocre physiotherapist. Focus on the same, put your heart and soul into that as India want Highly talented and skilled doctors like you and not mere higher graduates of bookish attitude.
Medical fields doesn't book on age as a criteria for higher education.
Wishing you a Prosperous Career!!!
