Generally there is no entrance exam, if you have 50% aggregate you can apply for clinical research course.
Graduate or Post Graduate in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Nutrition Sc., Bio-Chemistry, Occupational Therapy, MBBS, BAMS, BDS, MDS, BHMS, BUMS, B.Tech - Biotechnology are eligible for the course.
And specifically for Manipal University, I would suggest you to contact the institute officials personally.
