Every institute has its own eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue BBA, you need to be 12th pass with 45%-50% marks, plus you need to appear in entrance test conducted by various institutes.

Your work experience as technician level is of no value either for MBA or for engineering jobs.
