* As per your profile, it would be highly advisable to complete 12th first as it is the basic requirement if you wish to pursue any advance course or apply for job in government or private sector in future.
* After diploma in engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.
* Procedure :
To take admission, there is Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
