Well, I believe in some states of India, it is either PCM or PCB and languages. While others offer PCMB along with languages. You have options for PCMC - which is physics chemistry mathematics and computer Science or even PCME- electronics. PCM is mandatory for engineering and PCB is mandatory for medicals.

No,there are very less chances for you to get a seat in aeronautical with that score. Try going for a retest and obtaining 110 at least. If you still don't get it then apply for internal sliding when you go for counseling.

I strongly recommend your sister to please continue her Bachelors in her programme of interest and skill set. Her marks are excellent in PUC and hence Bachelors will boost her profile and confidence. Alongside, she could do part time jobs which can improve her hands on experience and support her financially to become independent. Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, Naurki are good places to track part time jobs. Just ensure to check eligibility though and then apply for real time projects and summer offers for students.
