You must prepare for JEE, getting a good score in JEE will opens opportunities to join IITs, NITs ans IIITs which have a good name in the field of research. In India IITs have good facilities for research and development. Even if you are not able to make to IITs or NITs, complete your Bachelors in Engineering and have a depth knowledge of subjects of your interest and than go for M.Tech from IITs through GATE or M.Tech in Department of Aromic Energy througb BARC. You will be better prepared for research after your graduation.
