In order to improve your position in the field of quality analysis, firstly shortlist what is it that you are looking for doing more than what is offered right now. Do ask the present organisation if you could take up senior posts or more responsibility, if any. Take up a couple of online courses. Many could be free too. Looking at industry standards and expectations for further roles up the ladder in quality analysis. Even by studying intently the job descriptions on job sites, educate yourself what to look forward to. Then take up coaching - self or otherwise.

If you score above 120 out of 160, then you will get a rank below 1000 & if you score above 80, then you will get a rank below 10000. If you want to get a seat in the top 10 colleges, then you have to score 100+.
