Hi Mithun.
If you are working then you can do part time B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science or Information Technology. These both are good at present. Always it is better to do regular and you will be joining second year because you have completed in polytechnic.

In order to short-list the universities in US, you should finalize only those universities which best suits your profile and wherein you can easily meet its financial requirement, there is no point in applying to those universities where you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
