Ideally, for MCA you should have passed BCA degree.If you think that you may not clear BCA this year, you can always give improvement exam and pass in the subject and then apply in colleges or if have shortlisted colleges then you may apply for MCA if you meet the eligibility criteria but your final admission will be based on your BCA result.
