Doing M.Tech obviously increases the career prospects of the engineering graduates.
But you want to go for M.Tech without your M Tech score.well that is possible nowadays due to rise in large number of private institutions and open universities.there will be quite a few chances of yours in getting admission to universities for M.TEch without appearing for GATE
Before that I want to tell you that the degree that you will get from these universities will not be as valued as the degree from any university offering full time course and taking admission on basis of GATE score.so it an important point to note!

Hi Suruchi,
To take admission in your desired university for M.Tech you need to have a valid score. Every aspirant receives a score which is associated with two things, valid time period and qualifying marks. Both the conditions should be satisfied to apply for admission to any institution. So, kindly contact the officials for specific score details.
Please feel free to discuss more. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.

Look Raju, if you have already finished B.tech. and do not have job through campus placement, you have following options:-
1. Appear for open campus and walk-in interviews and for that you will have to prepare technical subjects, aptitude and reasoning. Most of the companies would require you to have basic IT knowledge. Doing any course will not help in this regard.
2. prepare for Govt and PSU examinations.
3. Go for M.Tech.
In all the three cases, doing courses like you mentioned or CCNA, CCNP etc will not help.
