Hi geet, its not necessary but recommended to do graduation alongwith CA, as CA is quite hard and only 3-5 percent students pass out CA-Final. So by chance you fail to carry on CA atleast you would have a bachelor's degree providing you support for future career.

If you're creative, you can also consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career.
