Hi amit,
You have completed your first year. so its a bit difficult task to chane the college now.
A student can change the college in the first year only through the procedure of internal sliding.
After completing first year its bit difficult to change college, as many colleges do not support this practice.
Changing college creates problems for the examination department, and to save themselves from this headache they do not let students change colleges after first year.
Also in first year you can suppose to cahnge only college not the university means you cannot change the university you can change the college and can get admission in the college running under the same university.
so it is not possible for you.just complete ur degree in your college only.

Hey, Pursuing an mba in any field will be beneficial however you should know your interest area & strengths before choosing a specialization. For example are you finance person, do you like finance, accounting & good with calculations then go for finance if not then drop this out of your options. similarly do you like managing people, communicating with people, working towards betterment of organization by bringing good people on the board then go for mba in hr. This way before deciding the specialization ask questions to yourself and look for answers within. Once you are able to streamline a major study area, there will be a lot of career opportunities in the market.

I can totally understand your dilemma in this case as I have been through the same.
Now, you need understand that there are two important things to consider while seeking admission.
(i) A branch of your choice but from a not so good institute = Not much value.
(ii) A not so demanding engineering branch from a good institute= Not much value either.
