The two year PG in interior design & styling at Pearl Academy explores the interactions between people and their cultures, emotions, and activities through various social functions of living, working, resting, and playing. The approach integrates technical, functional, theoretical, materials, aesthetics, and creative processes of design, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, independent learning, and social/ecological consciousness.
The course initially focuses on Developing Sensory Perceptual Skills, Sensitizing to Material, Media and Techniques, Learning how to learn. The foundation aims at bringing learners from diverse backgrounds to a common platform of design understanding to make them ready for design learning in their specific design disciplines. In the course, the students will be exposed to wide-ranging theoretical, design, technical and communication contexts and shall be able to further apply this knowledge to design and style more complex spaces.
On the other hand, the master's degree program in interior design at Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology has been structured to enable students to get a better understanding of various aspects of design such as space and structures and the way we interact with them.
The course imparts an in-depth study of the manipulation of colors, textures, light and form to produce favorable results. Students harness the technical knowledge and skills gained in this course to transform visualised intent into creative spaces. The curriculum integrates a study of Interior Design with business fundamentals such as accounting, marketing and management, enabling our students to stride confidently into the corporate world.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi 2019 B.Arch admission announcement had already started from March 22 and for this session, it is closed now. The admissions to the IPU CET B.Arch courses will be on the basis of NATA 2019 scores. NATA is National Aptitude Test in Architecture. There is no separate entrance test for getting admission to B.Arch courses of IPU. The counselling for IPU CET 2019 B.Arch admissions is likely to start from July. Candidates who have passed in the 10+2 class or 10+3 (Diploma) are eligible to apply for IPU CET B.Arch Admission 2019.
