Yours is distance learning or regular? If yours is a regular programme, then you are definitely eligible for Ph.D. as Welingkar regular PGDM is accredited by AIU to the Master's degree programme. If it is a distance mode, then there is a question as I am myself pursuing distance programme and have the same question that I am eligible for UGC NET or not.

Why do not you try for job in Defence Services which has acute shortage of Engineering grads. You can appear in CAT, XAT, MAT etc in various MBA entrance exams to seek admission in MBA/ PGDM . CDAC offers a basket of job oriented one year PG Diploma courses. You may evaluate CDAC to get a job.
