Dear Gagan, it is not clear to me why you want to go for MA in Public Administration after B.Tech/ BE. If you are preparing for some exam, better prepare like this only. In my opinion better option for you would be to go for M.Tech or MBA for brighter prospects. For M.Tech appear for GATE and MBA attempt CAT MAT XAT CMAT etc. In case you don't want to then try for private universities like LPU, Symbiosis, Maniapl, etc. Where admission can be based on above mentioned tests, their own tests, even on basis of marks in graduation. Dear Surendra, You can try for admission in LPU, Manipal, Symbiosis, etc. The minimum eligibility criteria is 50% in class 12th. Some offer admission just on basis of marks in class 12 and some offer it on basis of entrance test. All these universities have a wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Some even offer handsome scholarships. Good luck.

I suggest Chandigarh University is the best globally. It is among the top 3 private universities in India. Here the placements are very nice, big MNCs come here for the placements such as Amazone, IBM, and many more. Their academics, as well as placements, are very nice. You will be trained by the experts of the company. Even the Programs they are offering it's systematic and based on qualitative education.
