Hello,This year, Banaras Hindu University administration take this ironically decision that minimum percentage should be 35% at least. This will be same for affiliated colleges too.
But, one supporting vibes in your case that if about 50% will be vacant them this cutoff will be only for main campus.

It mainly depends to the university or college you wish to apply to. Some take direct admissions and others take an entrance test. Cutoff of some of the universities like CCSU usually goes low and some demand a bit higher. However, you should score at least 50-60% in your 12th to secure yourself so that you can apply to multiple or all universities of your choice.

The admission in the graduation of commerce would be started after the ending of the session this year. The examination are going to end on June 2023. So it is obvious that the admission will be started on 15 July 2023. So yes you will get admission in bhu campus.
