Hello Mrinmoy,
Normally speaking, eligibility for admission to AME courses is 12th. But many institutes accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th and give admission. I would like to advise you that please check with your prospective institute about this.

After 12th you can go for the entrance exam of agriculture, i.e. PAT, conducted in every state or you can go for direct admission in a college for B.Sc or B.Tech in agriculture.

Both the courses are really great to opt but I would recommend for the Hons course as, BBA course, a three-year undergraduate degree, focuses highly on developing business skills. You haven't quoted your 12th marks without which one can't suggest you suitable colleges. Then also the best colleges for commerce are:
1. College of Commerce, Rajendra Nagar
2. Vanijya Mahavidyalay, PU Campus
3. A. N. College, Boring Road
4. B. N. College, Ashok Rajpath
Apart from that, many tier-2 colleges are there. For forms and admission procedure visit these colleges and ask from their reception or admission counter.

160 is very less for admission into BHMS courses anywhere. You need atleast 300 for BHMS. You can either try for management seats or repeat NEET examination.

Many colleges in Tamil Nadu accept TANATA. All colleges under Anna University accept TANATA.
But only admission is included. If you are looking for scholarship, then it varies from college to college, depending on your scores.

The admission in B.Tech and M.Tech dual degree programmes in asked discipline at IIT-D were based on ranks secured in JEE-Advanced. Hence SAT scores are not applicable for this program. Further this course has been discontinued from 2019-20 and own wards. So no further admissions are available for this course.
