Go for DTU its a better option than NIT. NIT, Delhi has 3 branches while DTU offer around 9- 10. Placements wise DTU being an established institute has much higher package i.e 1.25 crore by Uber and the package is in crores from last 3 years and other companies too offer good profiles
Academics and the co-curricular activities will be definitely better in DTU.

The courses which you are referring to are certifications. CCNA, CCNP are certifications provided by Cisco.
