As Merit List keeps on changing every year (obviously :P ) and It all depends on the combined NATA score and board results. For the year 2017, The Cut off Merit score for Maharashtra Candidates at Sir JJ College of Architecture were as follows:
For General Candidates: 148.46
For SC Candidates: 128.69
For ST Candidates: 116.46
For SBC/OBC Candidates: 150.2
So through this you can easily now see your admission chances

Depends on what other options do you have. If it is like you are getting CS in USIT then don't take it. Remember, don't compromise on a good college. You will grow as a person in DTU. You will learn everyday as you will be among top rankers of this country. Great environment and campus life, brand, awesome peer group, extra curricular activities are vital. You may end up doing MS from US universities or MBA from a great college.
