CAT is an exam where students score an enviable 100 percentile as well. It is not essential to get a 100% but then 99 percentile is the score that is the minimum qualifying criteria if you want to get into an IIM. It is the numbers that play an important role, and the language turns out to be the weakness.

Composite Score of 400 and above is considered a good MAT score. Most of the MBA colleges accepting MAT select students having MAT scores in the range of 80 percentile to 99 percentile.

If you are interested in pursuing a career in the field of finance, accounting, or teaching, an M.Com may be a good option for you. On the other hand, if you are interested in pursuing a career in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or consulting, an MBA may be a better option for you. I recommend that you do some research on both programs and their career prospects and speak with professionals in your desired industry to determine which option aligns best with your career aspirations.
