By BCS you are a graduate degree holder and to pursue MBA a minimum eligibility remains to be a graduate from a recognized University.
Hence, if you are keen to study and make a career in the management stream then you should definitely opt for MBA. There are several specializations available and one can opt among the many based on self interest and preference, but as per your qualification, I think MBA in IT would be a good option.
You may still refer to the links below related to MBA:

As a student of MAPS, which is backed by two of the largest educational companies - Educomp, India and Raffles, Singapore, I would suggest you try for it as the best thing about this institute is is that they focus more on learning rather then cramming, which is why practical and hands on learning, industry training, entrepreneurship development sessions form an integral part of the academics here. And it is only because of their curriculum that I was able to get a very good summer placements with Videocon and now forward to an ever better final placement.
I hope this helps.

Astha Aggarwal.

As a current student of MAPS, I have to say that i have had a very satisfactory experience so far and I would advice you to go for it if you have a call from here.
As for the placements, they have a designated placement cell which is headed by people like R. Jayaraman, who is an MBA from IIM-A with plenty of years of leadership and Anuj Ahuja, who is from IIM-B and has been a visiting faculty to top business schools in Delhi. Moreover, it also gives placement assurance to students from various companies, http://www.maps.edu.in/MapsPlacement.aspx
I hope this helps,
Regards,
Astha Aggarwal.
