According to me NO, you can't take admission to St. Ann's PG college with CAT or MAT score. You'll need to appear into it's statewide entrance test named as I Cet. You can download the application form from the website. Check the website for more details.

Ntin Raj ji, absolutely, you can go for GATE and IAS examination. For both of you should be graduated and you can also apply for GATE exam if you're in last year of your graduation & for IAS test you'll have to make full command on a subject.

Hi,Well, immediately after B.Sc you can't do PG in architecture, actually you're not eligible for the same. You need to have a similar background. Let me tell you the basic details about the eligibilty:
~a candidate having a bachelors degree in Architecture or an equivalent degree from any Indian university or any other accredited/certified institution is eligible for PG
~One should have secured a minimum of 50% of marks in B.Arch(must) to enroll into this course
~Some institutions may also have an entrance exam provision for the same.
So, I think you'd not be able to do architecture with a non-architecture background.
