As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad so regarding this please remember universities abroad generally have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So it is always advisable to take these tests atleast 4-5 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for GMAT and TOEFL.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.

* Procedure :
- To take admission, you need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
- Eligibility for admission to lateral entry course is a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the Diploma course.

Your IELTS score may not meet the criteria for getting offer letter from the colleges in Australia, the requirement of band score vary from course to course, however most of the courses will require 6 bands, as you are wanting to go for M.BA which is a postgraduate degree, the requirement must be 6.5 bands
